# Generate enrollment paperwork and verify follow-up

Let's prepare enrollment paperwork and check what happens afterward. Open the correct lead, choose Paperwork, then Client Paperwork. A letter is one template; a package groups related documents. Review the recipient's information and select the approved package and delivery method. Here, the DMP Enrollment package is selected for Print. Select Process Package only after checking those choices. This demonstration generates a local document for the fictitious Jordan Training.

The first attempt is blocked because the lead is unassigned. Read the error before trying again. For this example, an authorized administrator opens the client's Admin tab, sets Lead Assigned To, and saves with Update Lead Info. The saved assignment is Demo User one hundred sixty-two. Return to Paperwork and confirm the method and package again. Other packages may require additional DMP validation. Correct the underlying information; switching methods does not resolve a missing requirement.

The corrected print attempt opens a sixteen-page PDF. Check the client name and ID, then review the full package: amounts, dates, required sections and the document version. Generating a PDF does not establish that the client received it or completed enrollment. A Client Portal package uses the portal's configured steps instead. The client reviews the presented information and completes the required forms and signatures. Staff then review the stored documents and progress in CMA.

Back in Tasks, the generated package has created a task named Paperwork Complete. Look at Task Status: it is OPEN. The name describes the work to finish, not a completed result. Check the assignee, due date and package note. Complete the work only when the required paperwork has been received and reviewed under your process. Before handoff, confirm the document version, required signatures and enrollment checks. The useful finish is a reviewed file and a clear next action.
