# Run your daily LMA queue

Start the day by selecting LMA and checking the Agency. Open My Tasks, then confirm the assigned user and the due-date filter. Those filters define the work you are seeing. In this example, we have narrowed the list to Call Back tasks. Jordan's callback is due September eighth at ten in the morning. Prioritize time-sensitive work using your team's process, rather than treating every count in the menu as equally urgent.

Open one item and confirm the client before acting. Read the task note and prior history so the client does not have to repeat the same information. After the work, record the outcome, save any changes, and verify the next task or status. Return to My Tasks to continue. Appointments uses the task list with Is Appointment set to Yes; View Calendar provides a calendar view. Check the date and assignee there as well.

Also review My Messages and My Client Docs. Open each pending item and process it through its normal workflow; an unread item may contain the information needed to move a file forward. The lead views organize enrollment work. Not Qualified helps locate leads still needing qualification follow-up. Qualified identifies paperwork work, and File Complete supports enrollment review. These views depend on task and phase information. A view name alone is not proof that the whole file is ready.

If paperwork is waiting on the client, check existing portal progress before creating another package. If work needs reassignment, use your manager's assignment or QA process. Before finishing, make three checks: urgent work has an owner, the next action has a due date, and the record explains what happened. Use the Knowledge Base or an available Guided Tour when you need help finding a control. A well-maintained queue lets the next person continue without guessing.
